ATG:biosynthetics is focussed on marketing and sales of bioproducts and technical and scientifically relevant enzymes. In addition to bioproduct development, e.g. with new enzyme activities and other molecular-biological products, as well as services, ATG offers its "Integrative Biotech Services - New Technologies with high Impact on New Markets".

For inquiries different from common orders and requests for product information services start with ATG's consulting efforts, and knowledge transfer.

For the use of ATG's databases and efforts in organising non-standard products, services and projects, e.g enzyme product development, consulting starts after the first initial discussions, e.g. by continued phone calls. In these cases ATG reserves its right of starting to charge consulting fees. In addition ATG charges for the commissioning of quotations of projects proposal, i.e. for project plans, calculations and efforts to organize offers from third parties. In case of resulting mutually beneficial contracts costs for initial quotations and additional efforts can be credited against.

If in any stage our services are not required anymore, we do need an immediate stop note.

PAYMENT TERMS

All bills must be paid within 30 days after receipt of goods. Please fax a copy of all Wire and Telegraphic Transfers to our Accounts Department at the time of transfer of funds, quoting your Company name, invoice details and other relevant details. We do not require credit references.

Note: We do not issue a monthly statement.

 

SHIPMENTS

All orders will be shipped using DHL as our freight forwarder of choice. We receive favourable discounts using DHL for all our worldwide shipments, which enables us to pass on substantial savings directly to our customers.

 

RETURNS POLICY

ATG:biosynthetics takes great pride in personal service and timely delivery.

Our Customer Service Department is available to assist you in case a problem arises with your order. Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt and inform us about any damages or discrepancies with your shipment.

If damages occur, please retain the damaged goods, packing material, and shipping documents. Should the damage require you to return the material, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain shipping instructions and authorization.

If a product is damaged or incorrectly sent to you due to an error on our part, an immediate credit will be issued to your account.

Returns accepted for items which have been ordered incorrectly may be subject to a 20% processing fee to cover disposal costs.
