The
NExT Gene Diversification Process in Progress:
- Genes are diversified by in
vitro mimicking of molecular processes, which are used in Nature for the
diversification of antibody populations.
- Like in Nature the resulting
gene products (e.g. Enzymes) are analysed for favourable candidate
molecules.
- ATG uses specially designed
highly focussed BioAssays covering populations and high throughput
screenings.
