How to order:
Please follow these instructions closely to speed up your ordering
process.
1. ATG:biosynthetics adopt a non-disclosure policy to all of our
customers. To protect your proprietary information please mail, email
(info@atg-biosynthetics.de) or fax (832-886-5152) your confidentiality
agreement to us for signing. If intended, this should be done before any
information is released to us. If you don't have your own
NDA/confidentiality agreement, you can find
ours here. Feel free to modify it to suit your specific needs.
2. Call us (+49-761-8889424), email us @ info@atg-biosynthetics.de,
use our online ordering
form or fill out and send us our quotation form
with your gene/protein sequence and the particular manipulations you
wish us to
perform. Particularly give clear instructions on the following options:
codon optimisation vs. no optimisation; host organisms; single host
vs. multiple host optimisation; restriction sites or flanking sequences
need to be incorporated into both ends; restriction sites or flanking
sequences need to be eliminated or avoided internal to the gene; codon
usage table preferred and any other specific requirements.
3. Ask your purchasing department to fax us (+49-761-8889425) the
valid purchase order number. Work only starts with an authorized
purchase order number.
4. We also accept payment via Paypal. It allows you to pay securely and quickly via credit card or bank transfer. You will receive an email with a payment request and will only have to click and pay. Payment via Paypal is free of charge. In order to use it you have to sign up for a free Paypal account.
*Double strand sequencing covers 100% of one strand and ~65% of the other strand. **Turnaround time differs from size to size. Please refer to the table. ***Delivery schedule is affected by work load and waiting list. Email us for the earliest delivery date of your gene.
